From Loss and Disillusionment to Purpose and Impact

My journey to founding Kingdom Financial Coaching wasn’t a tidy corporate pivot—it was personal, painful, and deeply transformative.

My entire adult life has been spent trying to “be successful:” pouring my heart into the title insurance industry, getting a Bachelor’s degree, then a law degree, growing a company from 5 to 25 offices, creating and overseeing new divisions and branches, and too many other achievements to list. 

While grieving the passing of my wife, I realized those “successes” were only on paper. I found myself questioning the very system I’d devoted my time, life, and career to. I’d seen firsthand how Corporate America—my bosses included—put profits above all else. Empathy, altruism, and servant leadership were just buzzwords that were never put into practice. It was disgusting, and I hated who it made me, and all the time it stole from me.

That season of loss and disenchantment brought me to a spiritual crossroads. My successes and career progression in Corporate America no longer mattered. That work did not—and had never—aligned with my core values. I could no longer keep serving the gods of profit and ego. 

One day in the not-so-distant past, I finally took a knee and acknowledged to God the truth of what He was calling me to be: someone who leads with empathy, serves others, and helps business owners break free from the toxic cycle of “profits above people.”

A New Mission—Rooted in Faith and Service

To achieve that calling, I needed more than just conviction—I needed proven tools. 

That’s when I discovered Karl and his system. I became a franchise coach, leveraging his world-class system, powered by 497 million algorithms and AI, to help small business owners discover hidden profits they never knew existed. I don’t claim to have invented these tools, but I do know how to use them to create real transformation.

Kingdom Financial Coaching was born out of that awakening and discovery. My company’s name and values reflect my commitment to His Kingdom, to servant leadership, and to building businesses that honor both people and purpose.
